Fantastic Japanese Beetle Killer

I was just thinking of my mom's fantastic recipe for Japanese beetle killer:

1- Coffee can of water 
1- Squirt of dish soap into water
1- Child wanting money

Directions: pay child to kill bugs.

You may use eco-friendly dish soap. I have heard it also works for other types of garden pests.
